Many thanks to all the volunteers who rallied together to make it great day and to the Marion members who swam in either the 1km or 3km – some for the first time. The weather was kind, the ocean presented a challenge to the 148 entrants who all swam themselves back to the finish line, the venue was perfect and the presentation and OWS race results were both dealt with efficiently and promptly.
